Often, people with vulnerabilities and accessibility needs are excluded from the design process as it is deemed 'out of scope'. Sadly, it can be seen as too expensive or time-consuming. We're rebelling against this by building a truly inclusive panel of participants. We're partnering with charities and community interest companies to do this ethically.
If you want your product, system or service to cut through all the noise and truly meet all users' needs, consulting with people from all walks of life is crucial. We can help you to achieve this by recruiting inclusively on your behalf. We will also guide you on inclusive research best practices.
